Google honors Gideon Sundback who invented ubiquitous zipper through Google Doodle. There are many things on Planet earth which only a Google Doodle can do like dividing your screen in to two parts with Zip. The latest Google Doodle from Google honors Swedish American engineerGideon Sundback on his birthday. Gideon Sundback was born on 24th April and remembered for his work in developing the ubiquitous zip.

Every one in the world men or women is connected to Gideon Sundback because you have used a zip. The most important aspect Gideon Sundback contribution is it has touched life of almost every human being. This is called innovation which has the ability to solve a problem on large-scale. In the case of Gideon his innovation has touched the life of everyone.

B.F Goodrich created the name zipper and he used the device on boots for Army.  U.S. patent  number for zip filed by Sundback is #1,219,881, which was issued in 1917.

It is one of the most interesting Google Doodle I have personally seen and it is trending on Twitter worldwide. The latest Google Doodle is a Zip which you can use to zip or unzip your screen. Google is also written the way a zip looks. Just Amazing.

It is an amazing illusion designed by Google which will be used by billions  for whole day. Gideon Sundback indeed became universal today. Nothing could have honor him better than this Google Doodle.
